Q: Is there any charge for the lay away?
A: No,
there is no charge for this program.
Q: What if things change and the wedding is canceled. Will you
refund the money?
A: Of Course. Your
payments will go into a special account that we will hold until your
wedding, should you cancel, you will receive a refund on any amounts above the deposit amount of $200. The deposit is the only amount that is non
refundable, and even then, if we are able to re-book your wedding date
we will refund the deposit. If the wedding date has been changed,
and we are still available for to photograph your wedding on the
new date, all the money you have paid, including the deposit will still
be credited to the new day.
Q: Will I get a receipt for my payments?
A: Yes, when you mail us a payment we will send you a receipt
showing your payment and the new
balance remaining. We can even send you a payment reminder by
e-mail. Want us to charge the payment to your credit card each month? We
can do that also.
Q. What if I can't make a payment, or can't make the full
payment one month?
A: No problem, this
is a program that helps you pay for your
photography package over time. If you can't make a payment, or can
only make part of a payment one month, then there will be a larger
amount due just before the wedding day. This is not a
loan so there are no penalties for not making a payment and there are no
late payments.
Q. Is the lay away written into the contract?
A: We will make a note of
the monthly lay away payment on the contract, but you are not obligated
to make this payment. The only thing you are obligated to do is
to pay the balance in full ten days before the wedding day.
