"All your packages come with an
 album, can't I save a little money
 and make my own?"

   The quick answer is yes, but the bigger question is will you? Lets say you book a photographer who just offers a CD full of images. Your hope is that you will find the time to put your own album together, but you may want to think twice before doing that. If your life is anything like most people, finding the time to put together a wedding album will be tough. You will soon find yourself celebrating your first year’s anniversary and the album is still not done. You may even start the project, only to put it aside again because something else comes along, like kids or a new home. So, another year goes by and another. It’s a big project and unless you do it for a living, it’s something that should be left to the professionals. That is why we include an album with every package we offer. It’s part of our job!

You got it: Our packages ether include a DVD or one is available for a small fee. Our DVDs include all of  your images with a written release of copy write so you can make all the prints you want.

  You may be asking yourself: "why is it such a big deal that you have been in the wedding business since 1984? What does experience have do with anything? Isn’t having a creative eye the main thing?
 I keep reading that other photographers are creative, that they are artists, but here your talking experience, what’s the deal with that?"

     The big deal with experience is simply this: in wedding photography the experience gained from photographing hundreds of weddings gives us the ability to make things go smoothly and work with all kinds of people on an otherwise stressful day. Knowing what to do, what to say and how to get things done in a timely manner without taking over the entire show makes things go much smoother. Because of our experience, we can deliver beautiful and creative images without the stress. Plus, being in business for almost a quarter century gives you the peace of mind that your precious moments will be captured as promised.

"How do you offer Video Taping at the
same time as still photography?
Are you holding a camera in each hand?"

      No, what we do is have a helmet cam that allows us to keep both hands free for our still cameras. OK, I’m just being a bit goofy here. What we do have are two Videographers on staff. Roy’s son Ray has been doing video and still photography with his dad for over ten years. Our other videographer, Shannon Anders, is both a wedding assistant and videographer, she  has been working with us for the past four years. 
     Roy Dressel Photography began doing wedding videos back in 1984. The equipment has changed tremendously, but we still offer  good quality wedding videos for a good price. $999.95 gets you both ceremony and reception coverage. For just the ceremony, it’s only $499.95.
