Photography Session Sign-ups

Your church is in the process of putting together a beautiful, full-color directory. This directory will be professionally produced and include full-color family portraits with all church families’ names, addresses, and telephone numbers. It is very important that each family be included to ensure a complete and up-to-date directory.
Your church has set up the following three days to take the photos.
Tuesday, October 3, from 10 AM -2 PM.
Wednesday, October 4th, from 3 PM-8 PM.
Sunday, October 15th from 3 PM-8 PM
We have set sessions at fifteen minutes each. Once you have taken your photos, you can view and select the one(s) you like for yourself should you choose to purchase a package and the one for the directory. My wife, Javonna, will assist you with your selection—no high-pressure sales tactics either; we feel that our photography speaks for itself.
Photos orders will be ready for the holidays. Print orders take about three weeks from the last photo session, so your photo orders will be delivered in the first week of November, delivered to the church unless you wish to have them mailed directly to your home. There is an extra fee to mail, starting at $5.
Use our online system to book your day and time. No need to call us when you book; we will get an email letting us know you have booked your session, and you will receive an email at that time also, plus a reminder the day before your appointment. Save that original email because a link will allow you to change or cancel that appointment online should things change.
